Anamaria-Elena Balaș

 

My name is Balaș Anamaria Elena. I am a third year student at the Section of Japanese Language and Literature of the University of Bucharest. I have practiced Martial Arts – to be more specific Ashihara Karate – from the age of seven. I participated in many competitions where I was awarded national and international prizes. I was awarded 6 (six) National titles and 3 (three) World-level ones. The most important title is the one I was awarded at the World Championship for Seniors in 2021, when I got the gold medal.

アナマリア・エレナ・バラシュと申します。日本語・日本文学専攻の3年生です。7歳のころから日本の武道の芦原空手をしています。これまでにたくさんのルーマニアの大会、外国の大会に参加して賞をもらいました。タイトルは、国内の大会で6回、国際大会で3回とりました。一番大きなタイトルは2021年の世界大会一般の部で優勝した時のものです。

ARK―Kyūdō Romania

The Romanian Kyūdō Association was founded in 2008 by three Romanian trainees. They started practicing kyūdō in the city of Okazaki of the Aichi Prefecture, in Japan. Today the association has more than fifty members and four training locations in three important Romanian cities: Bucharest, Timișoara and Iași. Since its founding, R.K.A. has organised numerous beginner courses with more than 150 participants. From 2014 the Romanian Kyūdō Association operated with full rights abroad, under the tutelage of the International Kyūdō Federation (IKYF) and the European Kyūdō Federation (EKF). The Romanian Kyūdō Association is associated with the Japanese Kyūdō Federation, Zen Kyūdō Renmei (ANKF).
