Professor Anca Focșeneanu, the Director of the Oriental Languages and Literatures Department has received today the representatives of the Hanhwa Group, one of the largest corporate conglomerates in South Korea.
Established in 1952, Hanwha is a prestigious multinational conglomerate headquartered in South Korea, where it ranks as the seventh-largest business group. Its diverse portfolio spans energy, ocean industries, aerospace, finance, and retail and services.
Today, representatives from Hanwha Aerospace, a key division within the conglomerate, visited the Korea Corner at the Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literatures. Ms. Yealee Son, Senior Manager of Corporate Global HR, and Ms. Kahyung Lee, Assistant Manager in the same department, engaged in discussions with Professor Anca Focșeneanu. Their conversation explored various avenues for cooperation and highlighted future opportunities for students and graduates specializing in Korean Studies.
