Researchers will present papers, in Arabic, English, and French, related to didactics of the Arabic language (Fuṣḥā and ʻĀmmiyya) and its culture (Classical and Modern Literature, History, Mentalities, etc.).

Presentations will be allocated 20 minutes each, plus 10 minutes for discussion. Abstracts, along with the title, and author’s affiliation, should be submitted at csa.unibuc@gmail.com. The abstract should not exceed 200 words, Times New Roman 12, single-spaced.

Experts in the Arabic language and the complex challenges of teaching it, hailing from countries such as Italy, France, the United States, Sweden, Ukraine, Qatar, Egypt, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Tunisia, Morocco, and others, joined forces to explore solutions for improving the acquisition of Arabic, including its diverse registers and varieties.

A selection of the contributions presented at the conference will be published in the journal Romano-Arabica.
